The current app is designed to manage the information a small inventory workflow needs without depending on an online account or cloud server for its main functionality.
Products & categories
Store product names, SKUs, barcodes or product codes, categories, purchase prices, sale prices, stock quantities, and low-stock thresholds.
Suppliers
Keep supplier names and contact information inside the inventory database you maintain on your own device.
Stock movement
Maintain stock-in and stock-out records alongside the purchase and sales activity that changes your quantities.

Keep sales records, purchase records, and profit-related information together in the same local workflow.
03 / EXPORT, BACKUP & RESTORE
Your files move only when you choose to move them
CSV export and local backup workflows are user-controlled. The app does not automatically upload your local inventory database or backup files to ALESHA RENEE BEAUTY LLC.

Export inventory records
CSV exports may include products, SKU or barcode values, stock quantities, prices, and inventory records. You select where the exported file is saved.
Once exported outside private app storage, you are responsible for how the file is protected, shared, transferred, or deleted.BK
Create local backups
Backup files may contain inventory and supplier information entered by the user and can be saved through Android's file system or file picker.
If you move a backup to another app, storage provider, computer, cloud service, or device, that destination's privacy practices may apply.
04 / NOTIFICATIONS
Optional reminders for inventory events
On supported Android versions, StockHarbor Inventory may request notification permission for features such as low-stock reminders and inventory-related alerts. Notification permission is not used to collect personal information and can be disabled through Android settings.

05 / DATA CONTROL & SECURITY
Local records remain under your device and file controls
The current version does not require an online StockHarbor account and does not intentionally transmit locally stored inventory information to ALESHA RENEE BEAUTY LLC servers. The app is not designed to sell users' inventory information or share local inventory data with advertisers or data brokers.
Inventory data inside private app storage benefits from Android's application sandbox and the protections available on the user's device. Exported CSV files and manually created backup files may live outside private app storage, so their security depends on the destination selected by the user.
RetentionLocal records remain until deleted, replaced by restore, cleared, or removed with the app.
DeletionRecords can be removed where supported or through Android application storage controls.
No remote accountThe current application has no online StockHarbor account requiring a deletion request.
